Ready to join this team? #VemSerAssaí **Responsibilities and Duties** **Tasks:** * Responsible for preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking—cutting, cleaning, weighing, portioning according to requirements, and properly storing them; * Preparing meals by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients and cooking dishes as needed; * Ensuring individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment during task execution; * Disposing of waste materials generated at the workplace; * Washing and cutting food items as instructed; * Preparing food according to instructions from the Nutritionist, guiding assistants to ensure all meals are prepared to the required quality and within deadlines; * Monitoring food inventory levels to ensure timely restocking in accordance with the established menu; * Maintaining awareness of kitchen organization and cleanliness.
