So, come get “aluminized” with us! **\#JoinCBA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the opening and follow-up of RCs (Request for Contracts), as well as maintain OPEX/CAPEX management controls; * Ensure issuance of technical opinions for OPEX/CAPEX contracting processes; * Disseminate the Procurement Contract (PC) to the requesting area and to the contracted third party, including all supporting documents; * Monitor, together with requesting areas, service execution and material supply by third-party companies; * Register and develop CAPEX project schedules (CDAs and FEL3\); * Update CAPEX project schedules and statuses (CDAs and FEL3\); * Conduct CAPEX project “Follow\-up” (FUP) with suppliers, ensuring execution and payment within the fiscal year, in line with company strategy; * Operate internal systems, and ensure, monitor, and support measurement and payment processes (BMs, FRSs, invoices) for services and materials provided by OPEX/CAPEX suppliers and service providers; * Manage the supplier documentation control system and auxiliary obligations, monitoring block/unblock statuses; * Verify initial and periodic supplier documents and auxiliary obligations—from demand requester’s request through to contractor’s documentation—observing deadlines and legal procedures, guiding involved parties on completing contracting, renewal, amendment, and contract termination forms; * Monitor contract and amendment expiration and validity deadlines; * Update reports and management controls to ensure contract execution; * Provide support to internal customers and suppliers; * Prepare presentations, and conduct or participate in multidisciplinary meetings with service providers, demand requesters, and corporate areas related to managed contracts, per immediate management direction; * Perform data and information gathering activities; * Prepare reports and monitor operational indicators of the area; * Participate in problem analysis and resolution; * Develop and manage action plans to address deviations; * Support the area with physical resources, equipment, materials, supplies, and system usage (applicable software), aiming to meet and sustain goals and standards aligned with the company’s strategic plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed High School education; * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate level). **Additional Information** At CBA, our focus on people is real—so we support our employees at every stage!
