Conduct collection activities for delinquent customers. Provide customer service to address inquiries and clarify doubts. Issue payment slips and monitor payments. Maintain up-to-date customer records. **Requirements that enhance your candidacy:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in credit and collections is a plus; Knowledge of financial management systems; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
