Temporary position. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for developing complex automations in Blue Prism. * Participate in designing technical solutions and defining robot architecture. * Ensure adherence to best practices, development standards, and RPA governance. * Guide and support mid-level and junior developers (technical mentoring). * Assess technical feasibility of automating critical processes. * Resolve complex incidents and improve robot performance. * Collaborate with architects, information security, and infrastructure teams. * Contribute to the evolution of the automation pipeline and the RPA roadmap. **Requirements:** * Solid experience with Blue Prism (minimum 4–5 years). * Advanced proficiency in VB Code, Regex, and browser and Java application automation. * Experience with complex integrations, including: APIs (REST and SOAP), databases (advanced SQL), legacy systems, and critical applications. * Experience in high-availability production environments. * Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices. * Ability to analyze logs, perform advanced troubleshooting, and optimize robots. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Blue Prism Professional Developer or Solution Designer certification. * Experience with RPA Centers of Excellence (CoE). * Knowledge of information security applied to RPA. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Experience with other automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate). **Work Location: Remote** **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals have opportunities to interact with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, bring new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil—and why not, the world.
