This is a **hands-on role**, focused on execution, organization, and negotiation—essential to guaranteeing supply continuity, meeting deadlines, and ensuring operational efficiency within an industrial and technological environment. **Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and purchases of mechanical, electrical, and electronic materials. * Procure services (maintenance, facilities, outsourcing, and recurring contracts). * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and SLAs with suppliers. * Issue, track, and manage purchase orders in ERP systems. * Monitor delivery deadlines and support inventory management and stock accuracy. * Maintain an updated and organized supplier database. * Support internal procurement processes and related departments. * Assist in tracking basic procurement KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, supplier performance). **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Purchasing Assistant or in a similar role. * Experience in procurement for mechanical and/or electronic manufacturing industries. * Experience in contracting and managing outsourced services. * Knowledge of procurement routines, negotiation, and purchase order follow-up. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. * Organized, proactive, communicative, and deadline-oriented profile. * English B1 (Intermediate) **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Previous experience in industrial environments. * Familiarity with procurement performance indicators. * Ability to handle multiple demands and operational pressure. **What You’ll Find Here** Working at ALTAVE is amazing!
