You will be responsible for supporting students’ academic development by reinforcing school curriculum content and serving as a trusted link in monitoring and enhancing student performance. **Responsibilities** * Assist students with school activities * Support students struggling with academic content * Monitor assignments, tests, and school activities * Adapt explanations according to each student’s level * Encourage autonomy, discipline, and study organization * Maintain communication with pedagogical coordination * Record student progress and performance **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Pedagogy, Teaching Licenses, or related fields) * Strong communication and teaching skills * Organizational and responsible attitude * Affinity with teaching children (Elementary School I and/or II) * Experience in teaching or academic tutoring is a plus **Working Hours** \- Afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday) **Compensation** Employment type: CLT Hourly rate: R$ 20.00 / hour **Work Location:** Rua Silveira Martins, 208\-B, Cabula.
