




**Main Responsibilities and Duties:** **Teaching and Pedagogical Development:** Deliver the subjects of the Apprenticeship Program, in accordance with the standard lesson plan and the defined pedagogical program. o Define the activities to be carried out in the training classroom, aligned with the curriculum content. o Plan and develop dynamic and effective teaching and learning situations focused on the professional qualification of youth and adults, guiding them in the specific techniques of the relevant field. o Develop supplementary pedagogical materials and systematize studies, information, and experiences related to the subject taught. o Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental protection during teaching/learning activities, following institutional standards. **Apprentice Monitoring and Assessment:** o Monitor the apprentice’s development and performance in the theoretical component of the Program, conducting assessments and targeted follow-ups. o Conduct and grade youth activities and assessments, providing constructive feedback. Information and Documentation Management: o Enter attendance records and activity grades into the management system, according to established deadlines. o Enter other requested information and records into the management system, as required. o Maintain organized and up-to-date records of school documentation, workshops, and laboratories. Assist in mobilizing and monitoring apprentices during external activities, events, and fairs in partnership with direct management. o Collaborate with the Pedagogical Advisor in organizing graduation ceremonies. **Required Qualifications:** **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree or completed technical education in diverse fields related to the course to be taught. o Complemented by knowledge acquired through supplementary professional training and development courses, and specific courses related to the field of practice. **Professional Experience:** Preferred experience of more than 02 (two) years in training, teaching, or mentoring youth and adolescents. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite. o Thorough knowledge of the curriculum content of the subject to be taught. o Familiarity with teaching/learning methodologies and pedagogical techniques. **Work Schedule:** 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
