Job Summary: Internship position for user support and assistance, installation, configuration, and monitoring of systems. Key Highlights: 1. User support and technical assistance 2. Hardware and software installation and configuration 3. Monitoring of deployed systems * Respond to user requests regarding network usage, equipment, operating systems, and applications; * Install, configure, and update hardware and software, and train users; * Monitor deployed systems to identify issues. * Technical ticket management. * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; * Basic knowledge of information security; * Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
