




Job Summary: Administration Intern to support the implementation of innovation management, agile methodologies, and process improvement, with a focus on optimizing routines and documenting projects. Join our purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation of the innovation management system and agile methodologies within the institution; * Propose and build solutions through working groups to improve processes across our business areas; * Support the mapping, analysis, and redesign of organizational processes; * Identify improvement opportunities based on data, indicators, and observation of routines; * Assist in building and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs); * Support documentation of workflows, procedures, and projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Students from the 4th semester onward, interested in agile methods and innovation culture, pursuing a degree in Administration.
