Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising the application of cathodic electrophoretic coating, ensuring quality and production optimization, as well as team management. Key Highlights: 1. Team management Prior experience in cathodic electrophoretic coating and electroplating is mandatory. Responsible for managing and supervising the cathodic electrophoretic coating application process on metal parts, ensuring finishing quality and production line optimization. Ensures proper equipment usage, paint handling, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Team management. Must reside in the Vale do Sinos region. Salary: To be negotiated.
