Opportunity to work at one of the best companies in Brazil **What We’re Looking For?** We seek a hands-on, organized candidate with a continuous improvement mindset, capable of contributing both to infrastructure support and evolution. We expect someone with strong troubleshooting skills, autonomy to handle medium-complexity scenarios, and the ability to operate across traditional IT operations and modern **DevOps and Cloud** practices. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide user and system support for medium-complexity incidents, ensuring service stability and continuity; * Administer and maintain infrastructure environments, including: * Linux and Windows servers * Switches * Firewalls * Cloud environments (GCP, Azure, and/or AWS) * Ensure the operation of critical applications, networks, and services by analyzing and resolving incidents; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure data integrity, availability, and security; * Define and implement backup, retention, and disaster recovery (DR) policies; * Implement information security measures to prevent unauthorized access and vulnerabilities (hardening, access control, best practices); * Serve as liaison between development, support, and business teams, participating in technical meetings and incident management; * Document processes, operational procedures, and architectures; * Support infrastructure evolution with focus on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement; * Ensure SLA compliance and service quality. **Requirements:** * Experience administering Linux and Windows Server systems; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP); * Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall); * Experience troubleshooting production environments; * Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar); * Experience with backup and data recovery; * Knowledge of access control (AD, Azure AD, IAM); * Experience with ITSM processes (incidents, problems, changes); * Strong communication and organizational skills. **Nice-to-Have:** * Kubernetes knowledge (GKE, AKS, EKS); * CI/CD tools knowledge (GitLab CI or Azure DevOps); * Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, OpenTofu); * Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes). **Why Build Your Career at Meta?** We offer autonomy, clear goals, and a dynamic, challenging environment where professionals can engage with diverse technologies, participate in all types of projects, contribute new ideas, and work from anywhere in Brazil — and why not, the world.
