Role Responsibilities: * **Conduct preventive outreach** to encourage timely installment payments. * Serve both current and delinquent customers through inbound channels, addressing their questions about Personal Loans and matters related to their contracts. * **Negotiate** with delinquent customers via inbound channels (phone, chat, and WhatsApp) to resolve Personal Loan debts. * **Make proactive outreach**—via **auto-dialer or manual dialing**—to delinquent customers to negotiate Personal Loan debts. * Assist customers in navigating the app to access payment, negotiation, and debt resolution features. * **Record** all interactions and activities in the integrated system (CRM).
