Mundial SA, Caxias do Sul/RS unit, has an open position for a Marketing Assistant, working with the Syllent brand. **ABOUT THE POSITION** ---------------- Your routine will include supporting the execution of the company’s communication and marketing initiatives; assisting in planning, producing, and publishing social media content in collaboration with the partner agency; supporting the development of graphic materials for packaging, brochures, catalogs, and institutional materials in coordination with the partner agency; assisting in preparing briefings for packaging, communication materials, and promotional activities; providing marketing material support to sales teams and representatives; assisting in organizing and executing the company’s participation in events, trade fairs, and exhibitions; monitoring campaign and initiative results, supporting data organization, reporting, and KPIs; contributing to organizing departmental requests and managing deadlines and deliverables. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator. Intermediate proficiency in Premiere Pro (preferred). Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Knowledge of RD Station Marketing (preferred). Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective written and verbal communication, clear and concise.
