We are seeking a **Requirements Analyst** to work in **Recife\-PE.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, this professional will:** Organize and guide work strategically; Make decisions that yield high-quality results; Listen attentively and argue coherently, facilitating interaction among stakeholders; Focus on the actual needs of the target audience (internal or external to the project); Maintain strong relationships with project users, promoting requirements elicitation with emphasis on the client's business. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Please note that you must have:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any other undergraduate degree complemented by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology, with a minimum duration of 360 hours; Experience in functional and non-functional requirements analysis, enterprise integration patterns, design patterns, microservices patterns, relational data modeling, and relational database administration; Ability to conceive and model processes using agile methodology for system development; Clear and effective communication skills, including reporting and production of quality metrics; Knowledge of agile software development principles and practices, including the Agile Manifesto and Scrum. **But it would be great if you also have:** Experience writing SQL database queries; Experience in web and desktop architecture, and databases (Oracle 10g or later, SQL Server, and MySQL)
