Job Summary: Responsible for training customers on the operation and optimal utilization of heavy and extra-heavy vehicles, ensuring correct technical delivery and customer satisfaction. Focus on maximizing vehicle performance and customer satisfaction **ProfiDriver (Technical Instructor for Heavy / Extra-Heavy Vehicles)** **Job Objective** Responsible for training customers on the operation and optimal utilization of heavy and extra-heavy vehicles, ensuring correct technical delivery, maximization of vehicle performance, and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct practical training with customers, with primary focus on extra-heavy vehicles and other VW line models. Deliver theoretical training in auditoriums, covering vehicle operation, maintenance, and best practices for vehicle usage. Lead technical field trips with customers for practical training, with availability for consecutive periods of 10 to 15 days. Prepare detailed reports of visits and training sessions conducted, ensuring proper documentation of activities and customer feedback. Perform technical acceptance of vehicles arriving from the factory, ensuring compliance and quality. Execute technical delivery of new vehicles to customers, providing guidance on features, operation, and required care. Support the new vehicles department in administrative tasks when necessary. **Requirements Education:** Bachelor's or technical degree in related fields such as Mechanics, Automotive, or Engineering. Experience: Experience with heavy or extra-heavy vehicles. Experience in technical training or customer service is a plus. **Knowledge:** Technical knowledge of operation and maintenance of heavy vehicles. Ability to conduct theoretical and practical training. **Other Requirements:** Driver's license compatible with operating heavy vehicles (Class E). Willingness to travel frequently (10 to 15 consecutive days). Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and interpersonal relationship skills.
