Job Summary: Assist in vehicle loading and unloading activities, organizing and securing goods for efficient and safe transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Perform loading and unloading of goods with a focus on quality and productivity 2. Organize goods in vehicles for weight distribution and route planning 3. Ensure safety and proper posture during loading by using PPE Assist in loading and unloading activities to ensure efficient transportation and minimize the risk of damage. * Perform loading and unloading of goods under the company's responsibility, ensuring quality, productivity, deadlines, and prevention of damage. * + Organize goods inside vehicles by distributing products so that weight is properly balanced and separated by customer to facilitate deliveries. + Arrange loads according to route planning to facilitate deliveries. + Organize loads based on compatibility, packaging recommendations, and appropriate cargo handling—considering weight, proximity, size, and fragility. + Perform loading using specific materials or equipment. + Keep vehicles clean. + Follow safety and loading posture guidelines to prevent health-related issues. + Understand the company's Integrated Policy and how to contribute daily to its proper implementation. + Comply with SSMA and Quality requirements. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and according to area-specific risks.
