




The Machine Room Operator I will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the proper operation of the factory’s refrigeration, power, and utility systems, performing monitoring activities, operational recordkeeping, and preventive actions to guarantee uninterrupted production, personnel safety, and product quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Comply with the requirements of the **IMS (Integrated Management System)**, contributing to continuous process improvement and adherence to internal and external audits. * Strictly comply with **Occupational Safety Standards**, as defined by the responsible department. * Act in alignment with the company’s **Mission, Vision, and Values**, ensuring service and product quality, environmental respect, and customer satisfaction. * Contribute to the **organization and cleanliness of the area**, following the guidelines of the **5S Program**, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. * Follow the area’s **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**, ensuring activity standardization. * Perform **temperature readings and recordings** for cold storage chambers and dispatch areas. * Monitor the **refrigeration system**, tracking: * Temperatures * Discharge and suction pressure * Oil level and pressure in compressors and equipment * Reactivate the **electrical substation** in case of power outage from the utility provider (CELPE). * Monitor the operation of the **GMG (Generator Set)**, checking fuel level. * Record any anomalies identified in systems or equipment in the **incident logbook**. * Monitor the operation and **oil level of ammonia pumps**, performing oil changes when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Training:** * Completed high school (mandatory); * Technical course in Refrigeration, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Training in **ammonia-based refrigeration systems** (preferred). **Technical Knowledge and Tools:** * Basic/intermediate knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems; * Familiarity with compressor, pump, valve, and electrical panel operations; * Ability to read pressure, temperature, and oil level measurements; * Basic knowledge of electrical substations and generator sets (GMG); * Ability to complete operational records and incident logbooks; * Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), 5S, and IMS. **Additional Information** * Natto Kit (10kg \- monthly); * Meal Allowance (monthly); * On-site cafeteria; * Pharmacy Card; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (optional); * Bradesco Dental Plan (optional); * Discounts at educational institutions and leisure venues.
