Job Summary: Perform customer service activities, receive payments, and handle other related tasks, ensuring the best customer experience and operational integrity of the cash register. Ensure the best customer service experience and operational integrity of the unit's cash register. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal and external customer service; * Perform cash register opening and closing; * Receive sales proceeds (cash, credit/debit cards, and checks); * Monitor invoice (NF) flow and returns; * Support administrative routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in this role or in the Administrative\-Finance area. Bachelor’s degree and/or course related to the position. Knowledge of and/or experience with ERP systems. **Basic Requirements:** Completed high school education, basic computer skills, intermediate-level Office proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance (VT), meal voucher (VR), life insurance, Day Off, and Wellhub (formerly Gympass). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
