Main Responsibilities: * **Production line support:** Organize materials, monitor production process stages, and assist in product manufacturing and assembly. * **Quality control:** Verify that products meet established quality standards. * **Workplace organization:** Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations. * **Material replenishment:** Restock necessary inputs for product manufacturing and production. * **Data recording:** Record information about the process, such as the quantity of items produced. **Program Objectives:** The apprentice program combines theory and practice, focusing on the participant’s professional development at the early stage of their career. It offers hands-on learning, insight into corporate routines, and the development of competencies including organization, responsibility, and communication. **Requirements:** * Be aged between 18 and 24. * Be currently enrolled in school (if high school has not yet been completed). * Be available to work reduced hours (4 to 6 hours per day).
