[JCPM] Project Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for engineering project management, construction site supervision, meeting scheduling, and preparation of studies and indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Engineering project management and construction site supervision. 2. Preparation of productivity studies and indicators. 3. Interdisciplinary coordination and control of project revisions. Project Analyst position in the Engineering Division of JCPM Group. **ATTENTION:** On-site work at the construction site located in Sirinhaém (candidate must be available to reside in Sirinhaém from Monday to Friday) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage projects: monitor deliverables, control project revisions/changes, and serve as interface between disciplines; * Supervise construction sites by verifying executed services against project specifications; * Schedule and record meetings and site visits; * Request proposals/projects from design offices and monitor contract processing; * Prepare low-complexity studies; * Draft plans to generate productivity indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering; * 4 years of relevant experience; * Technical knowledge and analytical capability regarding general installations, structural, architectural and urban planning, earthworks, paving, and drainage projects; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and Microsoft Office suite; **Additional Information** Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Meal Allowance or Food Voucher; Day Off; Wellhub.
