This detailed strategy is the soul of our institution and must serve as a permanent source of guidance and inspiration for all institutional decisions. **100% IN-PERSON – FORTALEZA/CE** **What is the challenge of this role?** Ensure the team’s production schedules are executed within defined deadlines; Ensure all activities are carried out according to the company-defined process flows; Communicate and approve the use of new components jointly with management; Define priorities for the maintenance team and allocate tasks to the team based on demand; Define and maintain the on-call schedule according to implementation and commercial contract requirements; Provide support to support, development, and other teams; Classify error PDAs to guide the team and assign tasks to developers according to their qualification levels; Support hiring new team members by conducting interviews and theoretical and practical assessments for candidates selected by HR; Evaluate team members’ performance using KPIs and the Evaluation tool; Conduct monthly synthetic evaluations of all team members and present them to management; Present monthly critical analysis of indicator management jointly with management; Ensure daily quality of indicators presented in KPIs and project management. **What we expect from you:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT or Engineering; Knowledge: Proficiency in SDLC, Agile methodologies, Software Architecture, and Data Modeling; Solid experience leading development and technology teams; expertise in defining system scope and priorities, and Backlog Management. **Not required, but highly desirable if you have…** Specialization or Postgraduate degree in Management or Software Engineering; Knowledge of development frameworks (Java, .NET), microservices, and healthcare processes and standards; Experience integrating legacy systems; experience managing highly complex projects. **What you’ll find with us:** * Daycare allowance; * Eyeglass allowance; * Ben.up; * Benefits Club; * Pharmacy discount; * Birthday day off; * Gympass; * Health and dental plans; * Life insurance; * Meal and/or food allowance (extended during vacations); * Certifications and training; * Corporate university; * And much more!
