After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect and analyze parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment used for inspection, testing, analysis, and quality control and assurance, and prepare reports describing results, detailing structural performance and functionality technically and scientifically. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in activity execution. * Conduct empirical tests and studies to identify potential process issues, ensuring proper handling and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence standards. * Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role, as directed by superiors. * Participate in internal and external training programs, as instructed or requested by the immediate supervisor. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Chemistry (preferred); * Completed Technical School degree in Chemistry (mandatory); * Active CRQ registration (mandatory); * Knowledge of Quality routines (preferred). **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
