After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspection and analysis of parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment used for inspection, testing, quality control, and assurance; prepare reports describing results and detailing structural performance and functionality in technical and scientific terms. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in task execution. * Conduct empirical tests and studies to identify potential process issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. * Stay updated on industry trends, as well as new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, complying with organizational and coexistence rules. * Perform other professional activities related to and inherent to the position, as directed by superiors. * Attend internal and external training sessions, following instructions or requests from immediate supervisors. * Know and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Chemistry (preferred); * Completed Technical Education in Chemistry (mandatory); * Active CRQ registration (mandatory); * Knowledge of Quality routines (preferred). **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Medical and dental plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
