After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Operate machinery and equipment efficiently, striving to keep operational costs within established limits. * Monitor and ensure the efficient operation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), identifying and reporting anomalies and opportunities for process improvement. * Conduct bench-scale Jar Tests to optimize chemical dosing, thereby enhancing the efficiency of water and effluent treatment processes. * Monitor raw material consumption, identifying and reporting deviations from the forecasted standard. * Manage chemical inventory levels, signaling replenishment needs as required. * Support team training efforts, contributing to the dissemination of operational knowledge and identifying technical development opportunities—aiming to maintain a qualified and well-prepared team. * Manage waste generated by the area, ensuring system orderliness and proper functioning. * Periodically inspect safety devices to ensure operational and personnel integrity. * Guarantee equipment performance through correct chemical and consumable supply, monitoring their operation and pursuing maximum productive output. * Perform adjustments on equipment and processes—including setups—and monitor operational parameters per defined standards, ensuring production compliance. * Start up equipment and peripherals at the beginning of each shift—or as required by production demand—ensuring proper system functionality. * Execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) routines, ensuring sustained equipment and production process efficiency. * Perform low-complexity autonomous maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and basic equipment/machinery adjustments. * Observe and identify operational anomalies, report deviations, and suggest improvements—aiming to increase efficiency and reduce operational failures. * Propose and initiate quality-, maintenance-, environment-, and safety-related nonconformance tags, based on identified anomalies. * Complete and review daily checklists for areas, processes, and equipment, ensuring operational compliance. * Clean production areas and equipment as scheduled and per production requirements. * Carry out activities related to quality control routines, adhering to established norms and standards. * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring production process compliance. * Properly dispose of reprocessing materials and perform appropriate equipment cleaning per internal standards. * Physically and systemically block nonconforming products and communicate their status—preventing improper use or shipment. * Apply procedures outlined in the Process Technical Standard (PTS), ensuring operational standardization and quality. * Understand and implement conscious consumption practices and natural resource conservation, aligned with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) policies—including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * NR13 — Mandatory * Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Chemical Processes — Preferred * Boiler knowledge — Preferred **Worth noting: Availability to work on Shift B, from 2:10 PM to 10:35 PM, Monday through Saturday.** **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Year-end Christmas basket and children’s kit for your kids. * Profit-sharing program (PPR). * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary — Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
