We support your daily growth and learning, ensuring your work brings purpose to your life. **Job Description** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, collective antennas, TV tuning, radio equipment, cold rooms, ovens, fryers, and other equipment—strictly adhering to the daily Preventive Maintenance Plan. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and electrical outlets. Respond to all other requested service tasks. Perform repairs on the hotel’s plumbing systems: toilets, faucets, etc. Inspect parking and garage areas, carrying out necessary repairs, fixes, and cleaning. Check the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours per day. Inspect fire-fighting equipment and report any irregularities to supervisors. Carry out all departmental tasks in compliance with Self-Control procedures. Follow procedures related to the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE). Request and monitor technical visits and third-party maintenance activities, when required. Organize documents, reports, and records related to outsourced maintenance. Keep departmental indicator spreadsheets up to date at all times: PMP, water, electricity, gas, and Planet 21\. Monitor, control, and support efforts to reduce consumption of water, gas, and electricity. Participate in procurement of maintenance items, seeking optimal quality-to-price ratio. When identifying a guest preference, share this information with the Front Office team so the ACDC system can be updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and delivering surprising experiences during every stay. Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in initiatives that promote Service Culture. Follow managerial guidance regarding selective waste collection, environmental impacts, recycling of diesel oil, lamps, and batteries, as well as water, energy, and cleaning product consumption—all aimed at achieving environmental objectives. Perform other related duties as required by department/hotel needs.
