Walter Lopes Engenharia is a company specialized in engineering and construction solutions. With a qualified team, it delivers high-quality services to meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Organize and assign tasks, lead and motivate the construction team (masons, electricians, etc.). Monitor progress across all phases (masonry, plumbing, electrical, finishing), inspecting work quality. Control material, equipment, and supply usage; manage inventory and scheduling. Interpret blueprints and report issues/progress to engineers and architects, serving as the liaison between management and the field team. Implement and enforce occupational safety (NRs) and environmental regulations to protect workers and the site. Read and interpret technical drawings. Ensure proper use of materials and equipment. Manage scheduling and production flow. Prepare basic technical documentation. Schedule staff leave and equipment maintenance. Implement preventive and corrective actions. Previous experience as Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, Construction Coordinator, or Project Manager may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
