Main responsibilities:* Supervise bakery production and preparation of products, ensuring quality standards. * Manage the team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and conducting training. * Control raw material inventory, placing orders and preventing waste. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and good manufacturing practices. * Attend to and resolve customer requests while maintaining a pleasant and organized environment. Mandatory requirements:* Proven experience in production sector. * Degree in Nutrition. * Ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts. * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Availability for travel. Desirable qualifications (advantage):* Experience in inventory control and purchasing. * Knowledge of quality management and production processes. * Ability to innovate and propose improvements to bakery processes.
