Then this opportunity may be perfect for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** What will you do daily? * Support the team in HR department routines within a BPO environment, assisting with service delivery to multiple clients * Assist in onboarding, vacation, and offboarding processes, including document verification and information organization * Support electronic time tracking reconciliation, helping identify inconsistencies and perform basic adjustments * Support benefits administration (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance) across multiple client portfolios * Assist in organizing data for payroll processing, ensuring completeness and timeliness of information * Update and maintain operational spreadsheets and reports, supporting the team in tracking deliverables * Support client and employee interactions for basic inquiries, always with team guidance * Assist in managing high-volume workloads and multiple deadlines, developing prioritization skills * Support process standardization and improvement initiatives, contributing to departmental organization **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * Currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward in one of the following programs: * Administration * Accounting Sciences * Human Resources **Additional Information** Working hours: 6 hours per day **Hybrid Work Model** (Monday to Friday) \- Achieve balance between professional and personal life! **Internship Stipend** **Working from home?** We offer a home-office allowance to help cover remote work expenses, ensuring greater comfort and daily support; More flexibility for you!
