




**About the position:** Amicci is experiencing rapid growth and strengthening its Marketing department. Therefore, we are seeking a candidate to work in Marketing Operations—particularly in CRM and data analysis—to support the department’s strategic routines. ### **Daily Responsibilities** CRM & Governance: * Support organization and maintenance of HubSpot, ensuring clean and up-to-date data. * Create and adjust lists, segmentation criteria, and properties. * Assist in building basic automation workflows. Campaigns & Communication: * Support end-to-end campaigns: information gathering, creation and configuration in HubSpot, testing, initial reporting. * Help communicate with leads and contacts in the database (emails, newsletters, event invitations). Analytics & Reporting: * Support creation of dashboards and weekly performance reports. * Document insights and suggestions for improvement. Integrations & Operations: * Assist with integrations and automations using tools such as n8n or Zapier (expertise not required, but genuine interest is essential). * Coordinate with vendors (e.g., LinkedIn Ads agency, freelancers, etc.). **Tools you’ll use:** * HubSpot (CRM and/or Marketing). * GPT and generative AI applied to marketing. * Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. **Requirements** * Proactivity and accountability. * Enjoyment of technical routines and organization. * Analytical mindset and data orientation. * Eagerness to learn, experiment, fail quickly, and improve. * Genuine interest in CRM, automation, campaigns, and technology. **Ideal Candidate Profile** Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM or Marketing). Hands-on, responsible profile with autonomy to manage operational tasks. Enjoy analyzing data and generating daily reports. Interest in automation, CRM, digital campaigns, and AI applied to marketing.
