Job Summary: A Foreign Trade professional with import experience to manage the full import process, including documentation, tax classification, and supplier negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Import and foreign trade experience 2. Proficiency in SAP B1, Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and customs procedures 3. Cost analysis and reporting skills Description: * Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior import experience (6 months). * Proficiency in SAP B1 and foreign trade platforms. * Knowledge of Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and LI/DI/DUIMP processes. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Familiarity with international logistics. * Cost analysis and reporting skills. * Manage the full import process (purchase order, shipment, customs clearance, delivery). * Verify documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.). * Request and monitor import licenses when required. * Ensure proper tax classification and NCM coding. * Negotiate delivery timelines, shipping terms, and documentation with international suppliers. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. * Request and verify international freight and insurance quotations. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities.
