We are looking for someone who wants to be the bridge between these real-world challenges and high-level technological solutions. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Requirements Elicitation: Act as the consulting link between stakeholders and the development team, extracting needs and transforming them into functional solutions. * Strategic Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation using Redmine to ensure traceability and delivery flow. * Agile Writing: Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring the development team has full clarity on the "what" and the "why" behind each delivery. * Prototyping: Support the visual design of new features through wireframes and prototypes (we use Figma as an enabler). * Customer Interface (Customer Success): Ensure technical deliveries resolve the customer’s actual pain points, monitoring implementation success. * Quality and Data: Validate deliveries (manual testing) and run database queries to support technical analyses and business diagnostics. **What we expect from you:** * Analytical Mindset: Ability to look beyond the customer’s request and understand the underlying business process. * Assertive Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present solutions. * Database Knowledge: Understanding of database logic and SQL language. * Agile Experience: Practical experience with Scrum or Kanban. * Multitasking Profile: Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience in the Sanitation sector. * Proficiency in Figma for prototyping. * Experience with BI tools or performance indicators.
