If you are looking for a company with a highly specialized team, an excellent organizational climate, and a partner to customers in enhancing their results, we are ready to accompany\-you on this journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** *Develop and implement projects aimed at increasing productivity and reducing waste in production processes;* * *Design and develop devices and technical solutions to support production;* * *Develop, review, and propose improvements to factory layouts, aiming to optimize material flows and better utilize resources;* * *Support industrial layout initiatives and factory expansion projects;* * *Participate in industrial reorganization projects, contributing technical and operational analyses;* * *Identify and resolve process-related issues on the shop floor;* * *Monitor the implementation of improvements, ensuring adherence to established standards;* * *Support process standardization and development of work instructions;* * *Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous process improvement.* **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Technical qualification in industrial mechanics, electrotechnics, or electromechanics.
