Job Summary: Warehouse Team Leader responsible for supervising all warehouse operations, ensuring organization, inventory control, and data accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Cross-departmental collaboration to align requirements **Main Responsibilities – Warehouse Team Leader** * Supervise material receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution activities. * Ensure warehouse organization, guaranteeing correct item identification and location. * Control inventory through periodic stocktaking and discrepancy tracking. * Monitor inventory levels, flagging replenishment needs to prevent shortages or overstocking. * Lead and guide the warehouse team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards. * Record material inflows and outflows in the system, ensuring data accuracy. * Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and information. * Propose improvements to logistics and storage processes to enhance efficiency. * Collaborate with departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to align requirements. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (college degree or technical diploma in Logistics or Administration preferred) **Experience:** * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics. * Experience leading teams is a plus. **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory control and stocktaking. * Material receiving, inspection, and storage. * Management systems (ERP) and movement tracking. * Fundamentals of logistics and supply chain. * Basic Excel proficiency. **Skills/Competencies:** * Leadership and people management. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Analytical ability for process control and improvement.
