Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, managing workshop operations, generating reports, and communicating with customers and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance control and scheduling 2. Workshop management and mechanics' activities 3. Technical report preparation and customer communication We distribute original spare parts nationwide for heavy yellow-line machinery from top Chinese brands: LIUGONG, LONKING, SEM, SDLG, XGMA, XCMG, and others. Additionally, we offer preventive and corrective maintenance services for machinery, as well as component rebuilding including YTO, YUCHAI, CUMMINS, and DEUTZ engines, and ZF transmissions. We currently have an open position for a Mechanical Maintenance Controller. Your main responsibilities: Control preventive and corrective maintenance, Create service orders (SO), Monitor internal and external mechanics' activities, Direct workshop organization, Prepare technical reports for customers, Communicate with customers and suppliers, Request parts via system, Control workshop expenses and consumables, Manage the light vehicle fleet, Prepare payment spreadsheets for service providers. Requirements Experience in maintenance, including scheduling and control of yellow-line vehicles/machinery in general. Mechanical technician certified by SENAI or CEFET, or graduate/student in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualification will also be considered.
