Description
**Tasks you will perform:**
* Supervise operators during task execution and monitor the production process through visual observation, providing logistical support to operations according to material and maintenance requirements, ensuring quality and meeting the Company's demand;
* Monitor the execution of processes and services, verifying sector quality and productivity, ensuring achievement of established departmental objectives and targets;
* Monitor the release of produced products to ensure they meet quality standards;
* Monitor updates to quality, productivity, and environmental indicators to identify anomalies and propose improvement actions;
* Perform daily checks at pre\-defined times on product controls as per procedures, aiming to maintain product quality and ensure employee safety;
* Analyze workplace conditions, machinery, tools, and equipment to develop improvement programs related to safety, ergonomics, quality, and productivity;
* Implement personnel management policies and practices, ensuring team development focused on results, promoting respectful conduct toward others and maintaining a positive organizational climate;
* Contribute to the Company's product and service quality by ensuring application of quality standards and procedures during task execution;
* Identify and mitigate risk situations, ensuring preventive action by team members, mandatory use of safety equipment, and focus on employee health;
* Conduct daily monitoring to analyze anomalies and propose improvement actions;
* Periodically deliver "On The Job" training to qualify employees and comply with ISO/TS 16949 requirements;
* Deliver training to employees using specific methodologies and practical approaches in the production area to improve quality, productivity, safety, and ergonomics;
* Verify product and workplace suitability, ensuring compliance with respective operating cycles, internal procedures, and applicable safety regulations;
* Verify and ensure all equipment is in perfect working condition for the next production run, and proactively identify potential signs of process failure.
**We are looking for someone with:**
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Management, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
* Experience in automotive parts stamping departments.
