We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to oversee the technical and operational coordination of assembly and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, safety, and efficiency of field teams. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise assembly and maintenance teams, ensuring productivity and technical compliance; * Plan, monitor, and control engineering activities on construction sites and service projects; * Serve as the interface between engineering, operations, and clients; * Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures; * Support the preparation and interpretation of technical drawings and project documentation; * Conduct technical site visits and on-site service supervision; * Prepare technical reports and project/service progress reports. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; * Proven experience leading and coordinating assembly and maintenance teams; * Willingness to undertake short business trips; * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B; * Basic knowledge of AutoCAD; * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Desirable * Personal vehicle; * Experience in industrial environments or construction sites; * Familiarity with technical and occupational safety standards; * Experience managing schedules and performance indicators.
