* Experience working with external partners (suppliers and customers).
* Knowledge of integrated systems.
* SAP experience is a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Availability to work on weekends and holidays.

**A day in the life of a Logistics Assistant:**
* Daily verification of orders generated by the sales department; analysis of data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.); chronological organization of orders; and release\-of orders for billing.
* Conducts telephone customer service to inform clients about delivery timelines.
* Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor.
* Assists the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring smooth warehouse addressing activities (set\-up, rotating inventories, etc.).
* Performs daily handling of canceled RSS orders.
* Records merchandise discrepancies identified during goods picking.
* Maintains good relationships and serves as the liaison with third\-party transportation providers.
* Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively prevent potential merchandise issues.
* Reports any merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager.
* Serves as the primary contact point for the Goods Pickup Counter.
* Is responsible for their work equipment.
* Complies with safety regulations.
