




**What we expect from you:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources. * Versatile, open-minded, proactive, communicative, and flexible. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Support initiatives related to GPTW — Great Place to Work (e.g., survey engagement, letter distribution, culture audit, collecting committee members’ signatures). * Implement climate-related initiatives. * Support the organization of store events (e.g., town hall meetings, year-end parties, etc.). * Promote the Profit and Results Sharing Plan (PP and PPLR — e.g., town hall meetings, pin distribution). * Support recruitment and selection processes (e.g., redesigning the selection process, conducting some interviews). * Conduct employee training sessions (e.g., onboarding facilitation, coffee chats, tracking training schedules). * Monitor store-level indicators (e.g., hour bank, overtime hours, absenteeism). * Support HR administrative processes (e.g., onboarding documentation, leave scheduling, meal vouchers, uniform and PPE distribution and control).
