This professional will collaborate with the head chef to lead the kitchen team, organize production, and ensure the gastronomic experience matches the venue’s premium standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the kitchen team (cooks and assistants), assign tasks, and ensure productivity in coordination with the Head Chef. * Supervise dish preparation with a focus on **standardization, flavor, and presentation**. * Organize and manage order flow, prioritizing speed without compromising quality. * Perform and supervise mise en place for operations. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. * Monitor inventory, ingredient shelf life, and waste. * Support menu development and updates, aligned with the venue’s clientele profile. * Collaborate closely with the dining area to match the pace of the poker section. * Directly participate in operations during peak hours.
