**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor vehicles and cargo in transit in real time via tracking systems * Track drivers’ journeys, identifying route deviations, unscheduled stops, or delays; * Maintain frequent contact with drivers and customers to update delivery status; * Record incidents in the system (e.g., damage, theft, delays, customs holds); * Update control spreadsheets and operational reports; * Support logistics and customer service teams on matters related to deliveries and pickups; * Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields **Experience:** * Prior experience in logistics monitoring, freight carriers, or risk management is a plus. **Knowledge:** * Basic computer skills (Excel, tracking systems) * Familiarity with routes, transportation modes, and cargo documentation **Work Schedule:** 12/36 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT), Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and On-site Meals Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting from R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Fleet Monitoring (Mandatory)
