Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional focused on delivering high-quality service to partners, responsible for selecting, negotiating with, and monitoring partner workshops, expanding our network, and pursuing continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Select, register, and evaluate partner workshops, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and service standards; * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and accredited workshops; * Monitor service progress at workshops, ensuring adherence to deadlines and established standards; * Identify new regions for accreditation to expand our service network; * Support inspection and regulation departments in matters related to partner workshops; * Maintain close relationships with suppliers and partners to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management, or related fields); * Analytical ability and cost awareness; * Strong communication skills and attention to detail; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
