Process optimization and performance indicators Ensure the company's continuous supply through effective management of the procurement process and inventory control, guaranteeing quality, competitive cost, data accuracy, and on-time delivery, directly contributing to operational efficiency and cost reduction. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. * Issue and track purchase orders until delivery. * Develop and evaluate suppliers. * Ensure purchases align with budget and internal requirements. * Standardize and improve procurement and inventory processes. * Control material receipts, issuances, and organization. * Conduct inventories and ensure inventory accuracy. * Monitor minimum stock levels and reorder points. * Verify goods receipts and invoices. * Maintain and ensure accurate data entry in the ERP system. * Track and update performance indicators. * Train and guide the department team.
