




We are looking for a professional to work in hospital pharmaceutical routines, ensuring the safe and rational use of medications, compliance with health regulations, and technical support to healthcare teams. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage and carry out hospital pharmacy routines * Dispense medications and medical\-hospital supplies * Analyze and validate medical prescriptions * Monitor medication use, ensuring therapeutic safety and efficacy * Control inventory, storage, expiration dates, and traceability of medications * Manage controlled and antimicrobial medications * Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal protocols * Comply with and ensure adherence to ANVISA regulations, current legislation, and good practices * Support internal and external audits * Provide technical guidance to the multidisciplinary team **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Pharmacy * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) * Proven experience in hospital pharmacy * Knowledge of ANVISA regulations and applicable legislation **Desired competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization and technical responsibility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity and professional ethics Job type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.356,01 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
