Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to work in the Sales Back Office, providing strategic and operational support to the sales team, managing data, and leading internal projects. This individual will serve as the sales representative's support, directly handling proposal preparation, pricing, and order processing. Main Responsibilities: * Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team; * Assist in organizing and maintaining commercial documents. * Update and manage control spreadsheets and performance results. * Update and manage customer and opportunity databases. * Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team and management. * Lead internal projects and develop long-term strategies. * Initiate and track internal protocols. * Support management whenever necessary. * Self-management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. * Analytical mindset to develop and implement strategies focused on process optimization. * Experience in commercial back office. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Interpersonal Skills "Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and amicably, both in writing and verbally.
