The ideal candidate is proactive, analytically capable, and possesses critical thinking skills to provide assertive solutions, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service to the end customer! ? **Responsibilities:** * Respond to service order (SO) requests, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations according to established priorities; * Assemble, install, and repair internal furniture; * Perform plumbing maintenance; * Carry out simple structural repairs, including masonry, painting, carpentry, and minor repairs, maintaining the good condition of facilities; * Execute minor construction works, such as applying filler compound, replacing coverings, and repairing floors, to maintain conservation, aesthetics, and safety of areas; * Assist in organizing and controlling tools and materials used for building maintenance; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting; * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools.
