Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant for an à la carte restaurant, responsible for pre-preparation, operational support, inventory organization, and sanitation, working efficiently and collaboratively. Maintenance of hygiene standards and operational efficiency Position: Kitchen Assistant (À La Carte Restaurant) **Schedule: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Wednesday through Saturday; 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Sundays** **Main Responsibilities** * **Mise en Place:** Perform ingredient pre-preparation (washing, cutting, and portioning vegetables and seasonings) according to house standards. * **Operational Support:** Assist in plating and finishing individual dishes during service, following technical sheets. * **Inventory Organization:** Receive, verify, and store supplies, ensuring the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system. * **Sanitation:** Maintain continuous cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and equipment, complying with ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency) regulations. * **Efficiency:** Work quickly and accurately during peak dining hours to ensure appropriate customer wait times. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in professional kitchens (à la carte service experience is preferred). * **Profile:** Punctuality, ability to work under pressure, and excellent team spirit. * **Education:** Completed high school. **What We Offer** * **Salary:** R$ 1.800,00 + Night Shift Allowance * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meals on site, life insurance, health plan, dental plan, basic food basket, meat basket, birthday day off, birthday bonus, productivity award, ride home via Uber * **Work Schedule:** 5 days on / 2 days off, with fixed days off on Monday and Tuesday, plus one Sunday per month. * Reside near the workplace.
