We are seeking a Planning Analyst to manage the physical\-financial control and planning of construction projects, ensuring monitoring of costs, schedules, KPIs, and results, thereby contributing to production optimization and cost reduction. Learn more about C.A.C Engenharia: https://www.cacengenharia.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage physical\-financial control and planning of construction projects; * Develop and monitor physical\-financial schedules and production curves; * Conduct cost, productivity, and performance analyses of construction projects; * Control disbursements, revenues, and labor costs; * Prepare, review, and validate budget spreadsheets; * Perform comparative analyses and monitor KPIs; * Support construction projects in monthly controls and budget alignments; * Participate in management meetings and alignment sessions with engineering teams; * Prepare management reports and materials; * Perform data control and tracking in the UAU system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering disciplines; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience in construction project planning and control; * Knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting; * Experience with physical\-financial scheduling; * Experience in the civil construction sector; * Experience in MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) projects is a plus; * Familiarity with the UAU system is a plus. **Additional Information** Meal allowance \| Food voucher Transportation allowance \| Fuel voucher Health insurance Birthday Day OFF Totalpass Nutritional support Pharmacy discount (Vidalink) We invite you to join a dynamic and talented team where you can develop your skills and grow professionally.
