Job Summary: Maintenance Leader responsible for supervising the auto bodywork team, ensuring repair quality, fleet availability, and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring operational organization and efficiency **DIVISION:** Urban Public Transportation **COMPANY:** Topbus Transportes S/A **DEPARTMENT:** Maintenance **POSITION:** Leader **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Responsible for leading the auto bodywork team, directing and instructing staff in damage repairs, including bumper repairs, end-cap replacements, sheet metal replacement, and painting. Additionally, supervise side and roof laminate replacements. Address inspection-identified issues to update traffic authorization permits and ensure the quality of auto bodywork services affecting vehicle drivability, such as rearview mirror and driver’s seat adjustments.
