JOB OPENING: PRODUCTION HELPER / CONSTRUCTION HELPER We are hiring a **Helper** to work at our **factory and/or industrial construction sites**, supporting assembly, boiler-making, and welding teams. This position is ideal for those who want to **work, learn, and grow in the industrial field**. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with **department organization and material preparation**; * Sorting tools and parts; * Supporting assemblers, boilermakers, and welders; * Safely transporting parts and materials; * Keeping the workplace **clean, organized, and safe**; * Correctly following **safety regulations and PPE usage guidelines**. *(Tasks may vary depending on whether the role is at the factory or construction site, and according to the helper’s experience level.)* Requirements * **Completed high school education**; * Willingness to work and learn; * Commitment to schedules, safety, and discipline; * Availability for **on-site work**; * For construction sites: availability for travel (when required). **No prior experience required for Helper I.** Experience in industry, construction, or metallurgy is a plus. Preferred qualifications (not mandatory) * Basic knowledge of hand tools; * Experience in factories, construction sites, or industrial assembly; * NR training courses (NR18, NR35, NR11); * Interest in advancing into technical roles (Boilermaker, Assembler, Mechanic).
