Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to support tax-related routines, ensuring issuance, verification, and organization of tax documents in compliance with applicable legislation. Handling internal and external requests **We are looking for a Tax Assistant** to join our team and support the company's tax routines, ensuring accurate issuance, verification, and organization of tax documents, as well as handling internal and external requests in accordance with current legislation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuing invoices (customer, supplier, repair, and return); * Issuing royalty invoices; * Responding to requests via WhatsApp (sending invoices and bills to franchises, customers, and employees); * Late cancellation of invoices; * Verifying return/consignment invoices; * Querying BH and SP government portals and printing invoices; * Registering customers, suppliers, and carriers; * Zeroing customer credit balances; * Verifying purchase ledgers of company-owned stores and franchises; * Monthly submission of documents to accounting; * Recording CT-e (Electronic Transport Receipt); * Recording import invoices; * Daily clearing of internal control spreadsheets; * Organizing tax documents. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in tax-related roles; * Experience with TOTVS system is desirable; * Knowledge of taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS) and tax legislation; * Familiarity with SPED Fiscal, tax bookkeeping, and electronic invoices (NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e); * Knowledge and experience in fiscal classification of goods (NCM); * Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
